SCIENCE WEEK 2018 / Earth Day & STEM Exhibition
The science week was held this year between 23rd -27th June 2018. It has been our tradition to celebrate science as part of everyday life and make students aware of new scientific inventions as well its implications and applications. The theme of the science week the year was ‘End plastic pollution’. Secondary students enthusiastically participated in this event and gained a lot of knowledge and shared multiple skills required for 21st-century professionals. The science week was designed to accommodate different activity to motivate our students at various levels. The week started with the whole school assembly in the concert hall where students from primary and secondary students participated and performed. Science week also offered students to visit Astana Solar and Center of Atomic Physics to deepen their scientific knowledge further and gain practical experience. Grade 7 students took part in the exhibition of STEM project on 25th April and demonstrated their skills and knowledge. It was a week with full of investigations and demonstration by our secondary students.
