Applications for Scholarships Are Now Open

Dear Parents,

MIRAS International School announces the launch of the annual competitive selection for the 2026–2027 academic year for educational scholarships for grades 10–11 and the IB Diploma Programme.
The purpose of the competition is to identify and support students from public schools who demonstrate high academic achievement and motivation to pursue an international education.

Eligible students for the competition:

Those who have completed grade 9 or 10;
Those with grades no lower than “Good” and “Excellent” in all subjects;
Those with “Excellent” grades in the testing subjects: Mathematics, Russian Language, English Language;
Those who have citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan and are enrolled in a secondary education institution.
In the case of equal scores, priority will be given to students who are prize-winners of international and national subject Olympiads (I, II, or III degree diplomas).

Competition schedule:

Submission of documents — February 19 to April 10, 2026
Selection of candidates for the next stage — April 13 to April 24, 2026
Subject testing — April 24 to May 23, 2026
Reaview of test results — May 25 to May 29, 2026
Announcement of final results — June 1 to June 12, 2026
Scholarships cover 100% or 50% of the tuition fees and are renewed each semester.

To enter grades 10 or 11, students must take tests in:

Foreign language (English);
Mathematics (in Russian);
Russian language (essay writing)

To enter the IB Diploma Programme (instruction language — English), students must take tests in:

English language;
Mathematics (in English).

To participate in the scholarship competition, students must submit:

A written application addressed to the head of school, signed by a parent (legal guardian), submitted to the Admission Office, and a scanned copy sent to grant@miras-astana.kz;
